IBD-SSHAMP (Supported, Self Help and Management Programme) has been nominated as one of the UKs Top 10 High Impact Digital NHS Innovations for 2012.
We have been asked to showcase our developments at this years Health Innovation EXPO at the Excel Centre, London in March.
